This is the single most important step. By reviewing your requirements in a home by completing a brief questionaire we will establish what you are looking for. My Program is designed so your time will not be wasted by looking at properties that do not meet your needs. I will preview homes you have selected in order to determine if, in fact, they are worthy of your consideration. 

Through-out the Buyer Protection Program I will maintain your confidentiality and represent your best interests.

Help You Get Pre-Qualified 
Upon entering my FREE Buyer Protection Plan an appointment is arranged with my Mortgage Broker to review your finances and determine a price range. Home Shopping
Since we know the type of home you're shopping for and have your Financing in place we can now start the search for Your Perfect Home. I will make suggestions from the MLS market as well as the Private Market for your directions. I will disclose all known facts about the property that may affect your decision. When we find the home that meets your criteria, we will be able to make a strong offer because of your position.
